I'm not sure if this scene is from AN AMOROUS WOMAN OF TANG DYNASTY (1984, Eddie Fong)

I found this while looking for any clip with Pat Ha Man-Jik in it. To search by her name written in English, you could end up with tons of unrelated clips 'cause there're so many videos tagged with similar words when it's spelled in English.

So I went to HKMDB and tried to copy some info written in Chinese, then key these information to search for the videos you're looking for in YouTube. It worked out quite well this way, and I guess that's because some posters are Chinese speaking people, so they tag some information about the videos they uploaded in Chinese, just for their own convenience.

The scene in the following clip probably from NOMAD (1982, Patrick Tam) too. I've had this in my favorite collection for a year now and from what i remember, there's used to be someone uploaded the whole film, but sadly they're all gone now.

and here is the Shaw Brothers flick I really want to have right now.

Men from Gutter

It was out in 1983. The music and the camera work in this film is so new wave.

Thank you very much for all the clips. I hadn't heard of MEN FROM THE GUTTER (1983, Lam Ngai Kai) before, but it looks very interesting.

WEB OF DECEPTION (ผู้หญิงแย่งสับ) (1989, David Chung, A++++++++++) is one of my most favorite films of all time. I think this film can easily be adapted into a stage play. It will be more exciting than the stage play BLOOD-COLORED ROSE (กุหลาบสีเลือด) (2005, Marut Sarowart, A+), which also have many interesting female characters in a murderous situation.

PC, thank you very much for the clip of LOST SOULS. It makes me think about other films which deal with the plight of immigrants while they cross the border, such as:

1.EL NORTE (1983, Gregory Nava)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0085482/

2.TURTLE BEACH (1992, Stephen Wallace)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0103141/

3.SHINJUKU INCIDENT (2009, Derek Yee, A+)

4.SHAN AT THE DAWN (2008, Nattachai Jaitita, A+)

I also like the music at the beginning of LOST SOULS very much. It reminds me of music in the late 1970's, such as the one in SUSPIRIA.
